Courtney Burgess, the man who claims to possess explicit videos allegedly of Sean “Diddy” Combs, testified before a grand jury on October 31.

In a case that has captured public attention, new developments have emerged surrounding Sean “Diddy” Combs as Courtney Burgess, a key witness, testified before a grand jury on October 31. Burgess, who claims to possess sensitive videos reportedly involving the rapper and several other celebrities, has provided intriguing and troubling details.

According to Burgess, he received 11 USB drives containing these videos from Kim Porter, Diddy’s former partner, before her passing in 2018. The videos allegedly feature eight celebrities, including six men and two women, with “two to three” individuals reportedly being minors at the time. Burgess has stated that the stars in the videos appeared under the influence of substances, suggesting they may have been “victims” rather than willing participants.

Burgess further testified that he was contacted and summoned by agents from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, who issued a subpoena demanding he turn over all records, including the USB drives, hard drives, and other electronic devices containing videos or files depicting Diddy.

Ariel Mitchell, Burgess’ attorney, shared in an interview with The Post that one of the male celebrities seen in the videos holds a higher social and professional status than Diddy. Mitchell asserted, “I can confirm the video exists, and the individual featured alongside Diddy is very recognizable.” However, she refrained from revealing identities, respecting the ongoing investigation.

The video scandal has reportedly left Diddy anxious about potential leaks, especially since the rapper’s arrest in September led to widespread rumors of sensitive footage circulating in Hollywood. Ariel Mitchell told The Daily Mail, “The footage appears to be filmed inside Diddy’s Atlanta residence, and it’s likely that the other person in the video was unaware they were being recorded.”

In addition to the videos, Burgess claims to have an unedited manuscript of Kim Porter’s memoir titled Kim’s Lost Words: A Journey for Justice, from the Other Side. The memoir purportedly exposes hidden wrongdoings and reveals concealed truths that Porter had allegedly gathered over the years.

As these revelations continue to unfold, Diddy’s legal team has yet to respond publicly. Meanwhile, sources close to the case suggest the rapper is on edge over the potential release of this compromising material.

This ongoing case raises serious questions about privacy, exploitation, and accountability in the entertainment industry, with further developments expected to surface as the investigation progresses.
