INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
1 Lb.Of top sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces.
4 garlic cloves; minced.
4 Tbsp.Of unsalted butter.
2 Tbsp.Of olive oil.
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional).
PREPARATION:
1st Step
Make sure your top sirloin steak is cooked correctly first. After trimming off any extra fat, slice the meat into bite-sized pieces. This will guarantee that every mouthful is perfectly cooked.
2nd Step
Season the steak bites liberally with salt and freshly ground pepper. This process is essential for boosting the meat’s inherent tastes.
3rd Step
Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a large frying pan or skillet. Add the seasoned steak bites once they are heated. They should be allowed to sear for two to three minutes on each side or until a lovely golden-brown crust forms. You may need to do this in batches; just be careful not to overcrowd the pan.
4th Step
Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the minced garlic to the same skillet. Until aromatic, sauté for approximately a minute. A delicious garlic butter sauce is created by adding the butter and letting it melt.
5th Step
Return the seared steak pieces to the pan after the butter has melted completely and tasted garlicky. Gently toss them to evenly distribute the savory garlic butter sauce over each piece. To ensure the steak is cooked to the correct doneness, cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
6th Step
Place the steak pieces on a serving plate, being sure to cover them with any extra garlic butter sauce. Add freshly chopped parsley as a garnish for an added splash of flavor and color.
Optional Pairing Suggestions:
These succulent steak bites pair beautifully with a side of creamy mashed potatoes, a crisp salad, or a medley of roasted vegetables. A glass of full-bodied red wine complements this dish superbly.
